– Remote position;
– Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars;
– Scheduling and coordinating staff and other meetings;
– Preparing communications, such as memos, emails, invoices,
reports, and other correspondence;
– Preparing agendas and schedules for meetings;
– Writing and editing documents from letters to reports and
instructional documents;
– Maintaining contact lists and filing system;
– Booking travel arrangements;
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
– Performing other related duties as assigned.
